During his tenure at the DA's office, Mr. Horn served as a member of the Sex Crimes Unit and the Asian Gang Unit, as well as a domestic violence coordinator in his trial bureau. His ADA work also resulted in numerous grand jury indictments, certain of which required advanced wiretapping techniques and use of undercover officers.

Before joining Seeger Weiss LLP in early 2005, Mr. Horn specialized in the fields of products liability and mass tort litigation while serving as a Senior Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City. While at Kaye Scholer, Mr. Horn served as one of the primary trial strategists for several trial teams, bearing active responsibility for the preparation and execution of numerous focus groups and mock trials, as well as the conception and development of advanced trial graphics and jury questionnaires. Mr. Horn continues to specialize in mass tort litigation at Seeger Weiss, as well as contributing broadly to the Firm's commercial litigation practice.
