The Stables at Millennium Conshohocken Fire
A welder working for O?Neill Properties Group removed improperly mounted balcony brackets from a construction project next to the Stables at Millennium apartment complex. The metal brackets were attached to a wooden frame. After the welding crew performed their final inspections and left the site, the wooden frame structure of the building under construction burst into flames. The fire quickly ignited the whole structure and then spread to the adjacent Millennium apartment complex, destroying many of those apartments.
Tough Times Ahead for Apartment Complex Residents, and their Loved Ones
Many of the residents of the Millennium apartment complex lost nearly all of their belongings, worse still (even though no humans were injured in the blaze) many of their pets were killed or have been missing since the fire was put out. Attempts have been made to rescue pets who may have been trapped in the debris, but many owners have been left without any conclusive information about the well being of their pets.
