Seeger Weiss LLP is investigating ServiceMaster for a potential class action. ServiceMaster claims to provide services to 10.5 million residential and commercial customers through its many brands which include TruGreen Chemlawn, American Home Shield and Terminix brands.

A recent investigation by the State of New Jersey alleged that TruGreen Chemlawn billed consumers for unauthorized services. Other complaints against TruGreen Chemlawn include allegations that service agreements were renewed without consumers knowledge or consent and that TruGreen Chemlawn failed to timely respond to consumer concerns about unauthorized services and renewals. Consumers in other states have complained that TruGreen Chemlawn fails to provide services that have been prepaid though contracts with ServiceMaster.

Please complete the questionnaire below if you have been dissatisfied with a contract, or if you have encountered difficulties in cancelling a contract with TruGreen Chemlawn, American Home Shield or Terminix.
