Certainteed Shingles Class Action

Many consumers have experienced problems with several lines of Certainteed Shingles becoming damaged and failing within only a few years of their installation. Often times, significant work is required to repair the damage. As a result, several lawsuits were filed throughout the country against Certainteed. These diverse actions were consolidated into one action held in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The case number is 2:07-md-01817-LP or MDL Docket No. 1817.
