Several of HP's Pavilion Elite desktop computers are sold with Core i7 processors, and pricing starts just under $1000.00. Unfortunately for many consumers who have purchased these Core i7 Pavilion computers they are unreliable, frequently crashing, displaying the dreaded blue-screen of death ("BSOD") for no apparent reason.
