Technical Support Wages

Seeger Weiss LLP is investigating claims involving technical support workers. This potential class action is on behalf of employees who were falsely identified as exempt from certain compensation requirements defined in the Fair Labor Standards Act and thus denied federal overtime wages.

Employees who might be entitled to overtime compensation include: system administrators, network technicians, and other technical support workers whose primary responsibilities include hardware or software installation and maintenance. Employees who may not be eligible include system analysts, programmers, and software development and design engineers.
